Every time Moa leads a creative project he looks for the "wtf" effect: something different and fresh that can both solve business challenges and make brands famous and hot. Elected the Best Digital Advertising Professional in Brazil in 2017, according to the Brazilian Advertising Association, Moa worked at some of the most creative shops in Brazil, such as Almap BBDO, AgenciaClick (Isobar), OGILVY São Paulo and DM9DDB, having developed impactful and effective work for Brands like Volkswagen, Coke, Intel, IBM, Audi, Philips, Spectrum, SAP, Eli Lilly and Allianz, among many others. His background is digital and direct advertising, but he spent 8 years leading integrated and traditional campaigns as well. He is currently the US CCO at RAPP Worldwide (based in NY and recently promoted to take a US responsibility, managing teams across 5 offices), which he joined after leading W3haus to become the most awarded Brazilian independent agency on Cannes Lions 2016. He has won over 160 advertising awards, including 21 Cannes Lions, Cannes Agency of the Year Winner, London International Advertising Awards, One Show, Webby Awards, DMA Echo Awards, Clio Awards, NY Festivals, among many others. However, much more than these awards, he is proud of helping teams and clients to innovate and build successful business cases for their companies. Moa was also a jury member for some important festivals like Cannes Lions (2017 and 2013), London Awards, New York Festivals, El Ojo, Fiap, Brazilian Creative Club, among others. He was a Keynote Speaker at IAB Now Buenos Aires, Istambul The Cup, Gramado International Advertising Festival. He proudly concluded the Creative Leadership Programme from Berlin School and was selected among Omnicom leaders around the world to attend the Omnicom Senior Management Program at Babson College in Boston.
